1. Enroll in 綜合心理健康計劃provided by Hospital Authority from the Hong Kong Government with Psychologist, Psychiatrist and social worker intervention. Each carry different functions and different expertise. You need all three.

4. Watch the list of movies in the Resource Section
5. Unwritten Rules of Social Relationships by Dr. Temple Grandin, Sean Barron
6. Sign up on WrongPlanet.net. Aspies on there are very nice and supportive. Many of them give quick response to your input in the forum and they will warmly welcome you to be part of the community. Read the relevant forum, you can gain a lot of rapport and feeling not alone. I was very impressed by the thoughtful and warm responses of the community.

Ideal Monthly Intervention Program for Christian Aspies
1. Biweekly fellowship with Aspie support group/group therapy
2. One-on-One session with psychologist and social worker, each separately
3. Biweekly fellowship with a group of mature mentors to feedback and practice social skills, facial expression and body language
4. Weekly worship on Sunday Service (pick a church where music is smooth and nice to hear without much disturbances, serves the purpose of music therapy)
5. Spend an hour self-learning facial expression, social skills, etiquette and express emotions everyday using books, internet, music or youtube.
6. Twice a week going to group fitness e.g. Zumba fitness, badminton or other team sports.
